Handling Stress
In recent days we cannot point anyone who have stress free lifestyle. Some would have stress in work and some in home. We cannot say single reason to get stress.
People go addicted to drugs ( it may be cigarette, alcohol or any form of substance) to relieve from stress. Do they actually relieved from stress when they take it? No.
They try to escape from stress by some means. Can we live stress free live in this worldly life? Yes.
How... Stress is something that makes you tired mentally and physically. If you get tired physically, you can manage to do things as you are mentally okay. What if both cases failed !
We should not try to escape from the stress but should find the way to handle it.
Example:
When you are stuck in a dense forest which is filled with wild animals. What would you do?
Would you go deep into forest to kill all the animals to live there, or find a way out of that forest to home?
We obviously finds a way to the road. Similarly here the forest is the stress and animals inside the forest are the drugs. Don't go searching animals. You cannot live in forest even you kills all of them. Find the light (the path) to home.
How can I get away from stress
Life is like a tasty soup. Stress is like the salt. If the soup was mixed with more salt, we cannot tolerate the taste of soup.
What we need to do is to add some more essence to make the salt balanced. This is the secret.
Whenever you feel stressed, add the moment of thoughts which makes you delight, then by default the stress disappears.
