Handling Stress In recent days we cannot point anyone who have stress free lifestyle. Some would have stress in work and some in home. We cannot say single reason to get stress. People go addicted to drugs ( it may be cigarette, alcohol or any form of substance) to relieve from stress. Do they actually relieved from stress when they take it? No. They try to escape from stress by some means. Can we live stress free live in this worldly life? Yes. How... Stress is something that makes you tired mentally and physically. If you get tired physically, you can manage to do things as you are mentally okay. What if both cases failed ! We should not try to escape from the stress but should find the way to handle it. How they are getting success is the matter of thoughts. They channelize the thoughts in mind well and the result is success.
